How many cartons fit on each pallet and how many pallets are required?
Calculate a no-overhang TI from both orientations, cap HI by both loaded height and gross weight, then report the last pallet separately. Stability and carrier acceptance still require first-party review.
Method
The planner checks lengthwise and rotated grids plus a bounded mixed-row layout, then applies pallet base, tare, maximum loaded height and safe working load before rounding the shipment to whole pallets.
