用 intended working pressure 下嘅實測 flow，扣除明示 reserve，再除以 exact per-head discharge。另行將 catch-cup 深度同測試時間轉成 application rate；static PSI 單獨答唔到兩個問題。
方法
Available flow 係實測 flow 扣 reserve；每 zone 噴頭數向下取整，最低 zone 數向上取整。Catch depth ÷ test time 得 mm/h，再由 weekly target 同 session 數計 runtime。
重要限制
工具證明唔到每個 head 嘅 dynamic pressure、pipe-friction loss、nozzle 狀態、overlap uniformity、runoff、soil need、local restrictions 或灌溉批核；要核對 exact nozzle chart，並喺現場 commission 已建 zone。
